Learning to Love Yourself
A Compassionate Journey to Self-Acceptance
and Healing Pathways to Self-Fulfillment

Four Day Intensive Outpatient Program Description

Due to the demands and judgments of today’s lifestyle many women have forgotten to love themselves and as a consequence feel dissatisfied and unhappy. This program is for the woman who wants to believe and achieve new happiness and self-fulfillment.  We help women identify and accept their own definition of normal as part of their journey to happiness.  We provide a therapeutic setting free of judgment or shame to allow women to explore their needs and recognize how to achieve their goals. With expert guidance and a supportive environment of women who share your struggles, you will begin to understand the "whys" and learn how to move beyond today with a new confidence to change your life.

Our intensive outpatient programs offer practical tools for change as well as providing a individualized aftercare plan. This program offers 32 hours of intensive group therapy focusing on the following: Depression, anxiety, loneliness, fear, relationship issues, grief and loss, self worth and self esteem, recovery challenges and/or relapse. This intensive outpatient program will provide you with a toolbox for change.  Practical methods to begin to transform your thinking and your life!

Cost for this four day outpatient program is $3900. We will check your insurance coverage. We also accept all major credit cards and have a 6 month payment plan at no interest through Bill Me Later. Please call us at 800-348-0937 (Sliding scale fees available)

Lynne has facilitated support groups dealing with grief and loss, substance abuse, codependency, and parenting .She believes everyone has a story and that everyone's personal story is worth hearing and has the potential to become a best seller. “ Although I am clinically trained, I have sharpened my tools and developed my skills as I experienced my own family issues. My husband and I raised eight children and our family has taken us on journeys we did not want to go and down roads we did not want to travel. Through it all, I have learned to cast my bucket where I am (h/t to Booker T.Washington) and believe that an attitude of gratitude is the cornerstone for a healthy life story." In addition to her work at Crossroads, Lynne serves as social worker for Unity Point Hospital.

Kellie Branch-Dircks, LCSW has been a therapist in Central Illinois since 1997. In addition to her work at Crossroads, she serves as a social worker at Unity Point Hospital.
