Learning to Love Yourself
A Compassionate Journey to Self-Acceptance
and Healing Pathways to Self-Fulfillment

Four Day Intensive Outpatient Program Description

Due to the demands and judgments of today’s lifestyle many women have forgotten to love themselves and as a consequence feel dissatisfied and unhappy. This program is for the woman who wants to believe and achieve new happiness and self-fulfillment.  We help women identify and accept their own definition of normal as part of their journey to happiness.  We provide a therapeutic setting free of judgment or shame to allow women to explore their needs and recognize how to achieve their goals. With expert guidance and a supportive environment of women who share your struggles, you will begin to understand the "whys" and learn how to move beyond today with a new confidence to change your life.

Our intensive outpatient programs offer practical tools for change as well as providing a individualized aftercare plan. This program offers 32 hours of intensive group therapy focusing on the following: Depression, anxiety, loneliness, fear, relationship issues, grief and loss, self worth and self esteem, recovery challenges and/or relapse. This intensive outpatient program will provide you with a toolbox for change.  Practical methods to begin to transform your thinking and your life!

Cost for this four day outpatient program is $3900. We will check your insurance coverage. We also accept all major credit cards and have a 6 month payment plan at no interest through Bill Me Later. Please call us at 800-348-0937 (Sliding scale fees available)

It has been a dream of mine to open Crossroads to serve women who suffer with emotional issues that interrupt and disrupt their lives  Our intensive outpatient programs, facilitated by prominent clinicians, offer practical tools for change as well as providing an individualized aftercare plan.

It is exciting to add personal growth coaching programs to our services because I am committed to helping women improve their well-being and their lives.  This represents an expansion of the services we have created to help women.  There are many women who do not need therapy but want help achieving new goals in their lives.”
